Not sure what is wrong? I can check the site and explain what needs attention before you decide what to fix.
Fix it or replace it?
If the site has bigger problems, I will explain whether a repair makes sense or whether it is time to discuss a replacement.
How a website job works
- You describe the problem. A short explanation is enough. Include your website address and the page you need changed, if you know it.
- I look and ask questions. I check what I can see and ask about anything I need to know before quoting.
- You get a quote. I send you the scope and price. Work starts only after you agree.
- We arrange access. If I need a login, we arrange it securely. Never send passwords in the enquiry form or by email.
- The work is done and checked. I make the agreed changes, check them on a phone and desktop, and let you know what was done.
Do you offer website maintenance?
I take on individual website updates and fixes. Send me your list of changes and I can quote the job. I do not offer a recurring maintenance plan.
Remote work only
I am based in Gympie and work with customers online. I do not make home or office visits, repair devices or take emergency callouts. If you need someone on site, I will say so.
